Peanut-Butter-Salted-Chocolate-Chip-Cookies.


These are it.You just need these. These are life. 

43g Oats

64g Flour

110g Brown Sugar

100g Granulated Sugar

1/2 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Vanilla

170g Peanut Butter (go for crunchy)

113g Butter

1 Egg

40g of Dark Chocolate with Sea Salt- I use Lindt, obviously.

  1. Preheat oven to 180
  2. Combine all your dry
  3. Combine all your wet
  4. Combine dry & wet
  5. If you have self-control, wrap in film and leave in the fridge for around 30 mins.
  6. Plop balls of the mix on a baking tray and bake for 8-12 minutes depending on your oven and how cooked you want them
  7. Leave to cool on a baking rack, then eat. All of them.

 

*If you don’t want to cook all your cookies at once, roll dough into one big roll or into cookie size balls, completely cover and freeze, this way you can bake as many as you like at a time.
