I’ve been struggling since Christmas to get back onto a solid health routine. Budapest has not helped this at all.
All week I’ve been back on track and have lost 2 pounds in 3 days which ain’t bad? I’ve started my mornings with my own ‘Green Juice’ and I’ve found it to be amazing for filling me until lunch!
- 1 grapefruit juiced
- Handful of chopped pineapple
- Big handful of spinach
- Teaspoon of powdered wheatgrass
- Small glass of coconut water
- 1 passion fruit
