Morning Green-Juice

 I’ve been struggling since Christmas to get back onto a solid health routine. Budapest has not helped this at all.
All week I’ve been back on track and have lost 2 pounds in 3 days which ain’t bad? I’ve started my mornings with my own ‘Green Juice’ and I’ve found it to be amazing for filling me until lunch!

  • 1 grapefruit juiced
  • Handful of chopped pineapple
  • Big handful of spinach
  • Teaspoon of powdered wheatgrass
  • Small glass of coconut water
  • 1 passion fruit

Blitz it all- it may not look pretty but you feel so goddessly clean after drinking it-
