For anyone on a diet/trying to get healthier/hungover/cleansing etc- if you’re not drinking green tea- you should start. Now.
My cousin first introduced me to the benefits of drinking green tea regularly, it’s not everyone’s taste so I tend to mix a green tea and mint tea bag together- you can literally get any flavour green tea now.
I try to have 3 cups a day and avoid eating after 6pm unless i’m out. I always end consumption with green tea so it’s last thing in my system going to bed.
